Developmental Resources

PCI has established a database of developmental resources available to our clients on an annual subscription basis. The website includes a listing of books, seminars, audio-video-CD-ROM programs, and on-line training programs, with brief descriptions and direct links to provider websites. The site also includes on-the-job activities and tips. The references are updated every 6 months

The site has been designed for assessment center participants and their managers. By having access to these developmental opportunities, participants find it easy to explore the options and order the materials they're interested in. The managers of participants also find it useful to have access to various recommendations, as well as coaching tips, for their employees.
