			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>PCI will be exhibiting at the annual meeting of the Society of Pharmaceutical and Biotech Trainers (SPBT) in New Orleans on June 4-6, 2012.  Members of our staff will be at booth #411 to discuss PCI’s assessment/development center programs for emerging managers and experienced leaders.</p>
<p>David Purdy, along with Steve Masterpolo, will be presenting in a workshop entitled “Winning on the Front Line:  Striving for Greatness at EMD Serono Through the Use of Leadership Development Centers” on Tuesday, June 5th, from 1:15 to 2:45 PM.  They will be discussing how development centers are being used to develop current area business directors at EMD Serono.</p>
<p>Tom Davidson, along with Chris Blackburn from Medicis, will be presenting in a workshop entitled “Young Adult Learning Principles For a Brave New Workplace:  Update Your Best Practices from Across the Industry” on Wednesday, June 6th from  9:30 to 11:00 AM.  They will be discussing the learning preferences of the latest generation entering the workforce and how to translate these trends into updated training practices.</p>
