PCI conducts Assessment/Development Centers that are designed to identify and develop leadership potential. These programs have been widely used across industries to evaluate a candidate’s readiness to assume management responsibilities and to develop the leadership skills of current managers.

Research shows a clear relationship between Assessment Center performance and future job performance. Skill deficiencies identified in Assessment Centers can be addressed with a specific plan for development and improvement.
