David C. Purdy

David C. Purdy
President

David Purdy has been with the firm since 1977. He has extensive experience in leadership assessment and is responsible for the development of assessment center programs around the world. He is a Certified Management Consultant and received his B.A. from the College of William and Mary and his M.A. from the University of Richmond.

Joan E. Bendall
Vice President

Joan Bendall has worked with the firm since 1987. She earned both her B.A. and M.A. degrees from the University of Richmond. In addition to leading assessment centers in both the private and public sectors, she conducts pre-employment psychological testing and provides feedback conferences on assessment results.

Jane N. Rothrock

Jane N. Rothrock
Vice President

Jane Rothrock is a former pharmaceutical sales representative who spent 20 years in the healthcare industry. She joined PCI’s staff in 1997. She manages PCI’s internal operations, develops management simulation exercises, and coordinates program scheduling. Ms. Rothrock received her B.A. from Assumption College.

Mary M. Churchill

Mary M. Churchill
Director of Psychological Services

Mary Churchill has worked with PCI since 1996. She also serves as a Staff Psychologist in the Counseling Center and an Adjunct Professor of Psychology at the University of Richmond. Dr. Churchill received her B.A., M.A., and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Cincinnati. She is a licensed psychologist in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
